Who performs the work
XE self-performs the bulk of the work
The site, utility, paving and earth-retention scopes above are carried out under XE’s own Class A licence and direct supervision.
Specialty trades subcontracted
Where a scope calls for a specialty trade, it is placed with a licensed and insured subcontractor meeting the project’s requirements. The mix varies by project.
Engineering in-house
Civil and structural engineering, submittals, shop drawing review and as-builts are produced by XE.
Quality & safety
Run to federal construction standards
The programme XE brings to a public works or federal contract, whatever its size.
Three-phase quality control
Preparatory, initial and follow-up inspection for every definable feature of work, with a CQC plan and submittal register.
Accident prevention
Accident Prevention Plan and Activity Hazard Analyses to EM 385-1-1, with a designated site safety and health officer.
Stormwater compliance
SWPPP preparation and implementation under a qualified developer and practitioner, with erosion and sediment control BMPs.
Cal/OSHA programme
Injury and Illness Prevention Program, competent-person designations, daily reports and site postings maintained from mobilisation.
